Built for the whole trip
Every screen exists to answer one question: will I make it, and where do I stop? 30+ real, shipped features — nothing here is a mockup.
Trip planning real range, real routes
Charge stop planning
Enter your start, destination, and vehicle. EV Pilot places charging stops using your vehicle's real charge curve and the route's elevation — not a flat efficiency number. See multiple route options and pick what fits your day.
Plan options
Choose a charge-stop strategy (fastest vs. fewest stops), set your preferred arrival battery level and reserve %, avoid tolls or highways, and cap your max range per leg.
Preferred networksNew
Tell EV Pilot which charging networks you actually use. Plans nudge toward them at a comparable stop — never force a longer detour or exclude a network outright.
Saved routesNew
Plan a commute or a regular family trip once, save it by name, and reload the exact origin/destination/stops next time instead of re-searching every field.
A plan B for every stop
If a charger goes down mid-trip, EV Pilot has already picked a reachable backup and can auto re-plan around it. SOS help when you need it.
Multi-day trips
Long routes automatically split into days at a sensible overnight halt, with lodging suggestions and a computed answer for whether an overnight charge actually saves you a stop.
Meal & comfort breaks
Charge stops can align to your preferred meal windows and cap continuous driving time — a 30-minute charge doubles as a real break.
Elevation-awareNew
Every charge stop shows its elevation above sea level, plus a full climb/descent profile chart for the route — ghats and hill routes stop being a guessing game.
Weather-aware
Live forecast along the corridor adds a real consumption buffer for rain and headwind — checked automatically, no extra step.
Charging network real listings, not guesses
Real charger data
Every charger is a real, community- and operator-sourced listing — network, connector types, live-reported status where available, nearby amenities, and driver ratings. Tap to get directions or open the network's own app.
Live map with filters
Filter by connector type, power rating, reliability, open-now, and network — see exactly what's actually usable near you, not everything ever listed.
Community-verified
Check-ins, ratings, and reports from other drivers keep charger data honest — with moderation to keep it that way.
Tolls, FASTag & exemptions
See toll costs along your route, FASTag Annual Pass eligibility for plazas you'll pass, and any EV toll exemptions that apply — before you're at the barrier.
Stop planning beyond charging
Nearby lodging and amenities around your charging stops, so a 30-minute stop can double as a meal break.
Home & public charging the whole picture, not just trips
Home charging, auto-detectedNew
Set a home location once. If your car was parked overnight and the battery went up, EV Pilot logs it as a home charge automatically — or log one manually any time.
Auto-detect public chargingNew
Halted near a known charger and your battery's climbing? EV Pilot notices, asks for the price once, and works out the energy and cost itself.
Bill-based tariff calculatorNew
Enter your electricity bill's units and amount, or your discom's day/night rates directly — EV Pilot turns that into a real ₹/kWh and ₹/km figure.
Meter-reading backfillNew
Missed logging a session? Back-fill it with before/after meter readings for an accurate monthly total, not an estimate.
Savings vs. petrol
See what each trip — and each month of charging — actually saved you against a configurable petrol-equivalent baseline.
Your vehicle manual, OBD, or Android Auto — your choice
Manual or OBD vehicle data
Connect a Bluetooth OBD-II adapter for live state of charge and range — read-only, always, at the transport layer. Or just enter your battery % manually. Never forced.
Android Auto
Nearby chargers, live battery/range, and navigation handoff on your car's display, using your car's real GPS position.
Vehicle historyNew
A 7-day graph of your battery % and range, recorded automatically from Android Auto — see how your car's actually behaving, not a one-time snapshot.
Real range, calibratedNew
Once you've driven a few trips, EV Pilot builds your real range from your own logged energy use — not a fleet-wide guess.
22+ vehicles supported
Indian EV models with real battery capacity, DC charge curves, connector types, and efficiency — not a generic placeholder.
On the road honest, even when signal isn't great
Live trip tracking
A foreground trip mode with a drift banner that tells you honestly whether you're on track against your plan — not a fabricated number when there's no signal.
Offline trip packs
Download your plan and every corridor charger's full detail before you leave signal — the app keeps working through the dead zones.
Works with weak data
Built around the reality of patchy Indian charger listings and connectivity on the road — retries, caching, and graceful fallbacks throughout.
Trust & privacy consent you actually control
Privacy by design
Telemetry defaults to off. Tiered, purpose-bound consent you control from Settings, with an in-app delete path — no emailing support required. See our privacy policy.
OBD is read-only, permanently
The only diagnostic services that ever reach your car are read requests. Write commands are blocked at the transport layer — not a setting, not a toggle.
Licensed data, handled honestly
Google Places content is never bulk-stored. OpenStreetMap data stays in its own ODbL-tagged layer. Nothing gets resold or repackaged beyond what a source's terms allow.
Self-serve delete
Export or delete your data from Settings, or without the app installed at all — see account deletion.
